ECCS Tape
The copolymer coated (ECCS) steel tape is made from high quality cold rolled steel tape and the copolymer film is made from EAA material with excellent heat seal. It is used for armouring the Fiber optical cable to protect it from rodents & external forces.

CJB (Controlled Jacket bond) Eccs Tape
Low carbon electrolytically chrome coated steel tape tempered to T3, suitable for telecommunication cables. Coated with a polyethylene copolymer film CJB exhibits adhesion to the steel substrate and provides a controlled jacket bond to materials LDPE, MDPE and HDPE

PBT Compounds for Loose Tube
PBT is one of the most popular extrudable polymer Compound to make loose tubes as used in fiber-optic cables. In order to protect the Optical Fibers from getting damaged it is required to extrude a Loose Tube together with Optical Fibers (2-24 fibers) & Petroleum jelly which allows the Optical Fibers to move freely inside the Loose tube made out of PBT compound. These PBT compounds exhibit excellent extrusion properties at high speed with appropriate tensile properties meeting stringent Bending Test of a FO Cables.
These PBT compounds are available in many colours along with suitable Master Batch.
LSZH Compounds
These Polyolefin based Insulation & Sheathing Compounds are available with Low Smoke Zero Halogen (LSZH), Halogen Free Flame Retardant (HFFR), Zero Halogen Flame Retardant (ZHFR) properties. These Polyolefin Based Insulation and Sheathing Compounds are in use for manufacture of Fiber-optic Cables, CAT-5/6/7 LAN Cables, Solar Cables, Automobile Cables, House wiring Cables, Railway cable, Elevators Cables etc.
